2 Initial strategy session - Get on a call with me to get clear on your goals, needs and lifestyle and to see if we’re the right fit to work with each other.
3 Join program - Once you join the program, you will be taken through an assessment to see where you are at from a health, fitness & lifestyle perspective.
4 Connect With Your Coach - I will set up a time to talk and build a plan that fits your goals and lifestyle. We’ll put together a plan tailored to where you are to set you up for success right away.
5 Coaching and Accountability throughout the week - With user-friendly coaching software, you will be supported every day to hit your goals. You’ll get personalized expert coaching and accountability so you can make daily progress on your goals. I will guide you and challenge you to stay on track every week.
6 Get Results - With focus on workouts, nutrition, behaviour changes & shifting your identity. This program begins to form who you are for the long term.
