Looking West over the Barwon river and Highton hill, the Form Strength & Mobility studio is nestled in house @ The Rock Adventure Centre and next to The Happy Shoe Shop. Practice movement & exercise with a stellar view during your rest periods and cruise in to 'The Rock' for some climbing action & connection.
Form Strength & Mobility acknowledge the Aboriginal traditional owners of the land that the Studio resides on, the Wadawurrung people of the Kulin Nation. FS&M acknowledges the elders of the Wadawurrung people Past, Present and Emerging. This land was never ceded. Always was always, will be......Aboriginal land.
